Organizational Leadership

The harsh reality is that most of us are not born leaders. Yes, of course, there are exceptions. That kid in your elementary school who stood up to every bully and organized a sit-in to protest cafeteria food. But, for most of us, it takes effort and tools to learn how to be leaders, to be respected, to be the kind of person people want to follow, the kind of person people want to become. Now, we cannot provide you with the effort, but we can provide you with the tools.
