Interacting with Patent Counsel

You’ve come up with an invention.  It could be an incremental improvement, or something totally new and revolutionary. But lacking the right IP when you need it can kill an otherwise promising invention. However, to obtain the right IP at the right time, you need to interact with IP counsel. Going into those interactions unprepared can make them expensive, time consuming, and ultimately yield weaker IP protection. Therefore, if you’re an innovator, you need to understand how to interact efficiently and effectively with patent counsel.
