GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The European Union has created the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, to protect and oversee the processing of personal information of people who are in the EU, regardless of where the company that’s collecting or processing that data is located. This regulation is being taken so seriously that penalties for violating GDPR can be up to the higher of 20Million Euros or 4% of total worldwide turnover of the preceding year. So, to stay on the right side of GDPR, we all need to train our employees. The training challenge is that GDPR comprised of almost 100 Articles and almost 200 Recitals. Yes, it’s long and complicated.
